I've heard the best way to eat Wagyu is medium because you want the fat to melt. Medium rare and the fat does not fully melt. Anyone have a view on this?
Incredible. How hot is the teppanyaki? Does it have different heat zones around? I can see the edge where the onion and garlic was held is obviously a lower temp.

E, attenzione, anche l'uso delle spatole che mescolano e girano il riso ... è più delicato ... e i chicchi di riso hanno una consistenza migliore. Quindi, si può fare di meglio. Si può fare un ottimo riso fritto ... anche sulla piastra orizzontale. Nel wok viene ottimo e, secondo me, è più facile. Ma si può cucinare un buon riso fritto anche sulla piastra orizzontale. È una questione di TECNICA. Di abilità tecniche dello chef che cucina il riso. Saluti
